At Spark Security we draw our inspiration from our Chairman, Retired Brigadier Abdulla Al Mulla, who, since the Spark Group’s establishment in 1974, has led the industry as a model of professionalism defining our work ethics and values.

Four tiers of field management

Spark Security Services management team includes four levels of supervision:

• Chief Operating Officer
• HSE and Quality Controller
• Customer Relations Manager/Branch Manager
• Mobile Day and Night Supervisors

These professionals work tirelessly and closely with client security management to ensure day-to-day operational excellence in duties and procedures. Clients also have the advantage of calling upon the expertise of the security consultants, who are available as and when required.

Transition Planning/Seamless integration

Spark ensures a smooth transition during the handing over of location, ensuring no disruptions or problems for the client.

Spark Security Services has in place systems, processes and procedures for seamless transition and integration. This is supported and deftly handled by a team of dedicated personnel responsible for transition planning and execution. Based on the needs and requirements of the client, Spark managers prepare a Mission Partnership Plan (Post Orders) document that details all security guards’ responsibilities. This document becomes the lifeline of the undertaking between Spark and its client. It is not a static document but undergoes constant review, updates and general revisions as required.
